Today at Mackey Arena we said goodbye to three seniors. They are Carl Landry, Chris Hartley, and David Teague. Teague decided to celebrate the occasion by letting the fro out. Purdue beat Northwestern 73-50 to get their 20th win on the season. It was also the 16th in Mackey this year. That is the most wins in Mackey since the building was built. Teague led all scorers with 23 points. He was one short of moving into 20th place all-time in Purdue scoring history. Landry had 15 points and 10 rebounds to get yet another double-double. Hartley even added two points in mop up duty at the end of the game. Purdue finished in a three way tie for fourth place in the Big Ten with Iowa and Illinois. We are the fifth seed in the Big Ten Tournament, and will face #4 Iowa on Friday afternoon.
